Mr. Chaya is the Co-Founder, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Reliant Account Management. Mr. Chaya is responsible for overseeing all legal matters, including compliance, for the company. For the past 40 years, Mr. Chaya has been an accomplished attorney, executive and entrepreneur within the financial services and title and escrow industry. Prior to co-founding RAM, Mr. Chaya was General Counsel and Vice President of RealNet Software from 2006 – 2009, counsel with Old Republic Title Insurance Company from 2004 – 2006, co-founder, VP and General Counsel of Benefit Land Title Insurance Company from 1991 -2003, Assistant General Counsel at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company from 1984 – 1991, acting General Counsel at American Title Insurance Company during its acquisition by Fidelity in 1991. Mr. Chaya was a practicing attorney in private practice until 1984. Mr. Chaya is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and he earned his Juris Doctorate of Law from Arizona State University.
