Mr. Connors is a technology executive with 30+ years of high-level industry experience who currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of National Data Systems, LLC, (NDS.) NDS, a long-time sponsor of the AFCC, has provided Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) solutions to the debt settlement industry, law firms and financial service firms since 2006. At NDS, Charles is passionate about providing NDS’ customers with secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that create the safest data protection environment, emphasizing business optimization, continuity, trust and client transaction security.

Prior to founding NDS, Charles served as Chief Executive Officer of Crown Education, LLC, a company devoted to providing technology platforms and student information systems for public and private schools. He also served as President of MCM and Associates, Inc., a builder of data centers and technology dedicated environments, and previously Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RocketTalk, Inc. a pioneering venture-backed company that innovated one of the first Internet-based applications allowing users to communicate via computer, using its patented text, voice and/or video applications to other users of the platform.

Outside of his daily work responsibilities, Charles also strongly believes in giving back and donates his time and efforts to sponsor The Maryam Parman Foundation for Injured Children mpforchildren.org and the AFCC volunteer program @AFCC, amongst others. Additionally, he mentors new technology entrepreneurs, guiding them in creating successful businesses.
